Chief Civil Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Chief engineer with excellent leadership abilities to lead our construction project. The Chief Engineer's responsibilities will include assigning tasks to engineering teams, setting long and short-term project goals, negotiating with vendors and clients, ensuring that projects stay within time and budgetary restraints, and compiling reports for the board of directors.

To be successful as a chief engineer, you should keep abreast of cutting-edge advancements in your field and be dedicated to excellence. An exceptional chief engineer should be able to think on their feet and clearly communicate their vision to various audiences.

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Leading & managing construction activity
  • Setting strategic construction goals and formulating strategy
  • Communicating the goals of the company to all engineers and professionals in the team.
  • Completes construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents and confirming specifications.
  • Designs construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
  • Prepares engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
  • Working on project as per approvals provided
  • Managing every phase of the project from start to completion.
  • Calculating costs, material, labor, and time required for each project.
  • Budgeting the project and coordinating
  • Delegating tasks to engineering teams.
  • Supervising staff training as well as equipment installation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree preferable).
  • At least 10 years of experience leading or supervising a team.
  • Must have experience of leading 20 storey project.
  • PEC registered Professional Engineer.
  • A sound understanding of engineering principles.
  • The ability to maintain a positive attitude and restore morale to a team.
  • The ability to stand, sit and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to process negative feedback and remain professional.
  • The ability to work onsite and in the office.
Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. In this position, the supervision of sales team is top priority. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting our project to clients
  • Handling Inbound & Outbound telephone calls
  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business in all service categories offered
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos
  • Prepare professional, complete, concise and accurate reports, proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
